In November 2014, the Roman Museum of Nyon created an association under the name "Festival International du film d'archéologie de Nyon" (FIFAN). This structure clarifies and facilitates the management and operation of the festival, while maintaining a close and historic link with the museum. In 2024, the association had some sixty members.
