{"id":1049,"date":"2026-09-30T21:36:52","date_gmt":"2026-09-30T19:36:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fifan.ch\/?p=1049"},"modified":"2026-09-30T21:36:53","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T19:36:53","slug":"le-fifan-recherche-son-ou-sa-directeur%c2%b7trice-artistique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fifan.ch\/en\/2026\/09\/30\/le-fifan-recherche-son-ou-sa-directeur%c2%b7trice-artistique\/","title":{"rendered":"FIFAN is looking for its artistic director or director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visit <strong>International Film Festival of Archaeology of Nyon (FIFAN)<\/strong> whose next edition will take place from August 31 to September 5, 2027, is looking for a researcher <strong>Artistic Director<\/strong> to carry out its editorial line and programming and contribute to its development in Switzerland and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the crossroads of <strong>cinema, archaeology, heritage and new forms of storytelling<\/strong>, FIFAN offers a program of films and immersive experiences complemented by meetings, conferences and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your mission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the Festival Directorate, mandated jointly by the <strong>Roman Museum of Nyon<\/strong> and the\u2019<strong>FIFAN Association<\/strong>, You are responsible for the editorial line and programming of FIFAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In close collaboration with the operational department, you ensure, among other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the definition and implementation of the editorial line; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the programming of the films; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the development of immersive programming; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the design of workshops, conferences, meetings and debates; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the identification of the invited guests and the intervener; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the artistic coordination of the selection committees; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the contribution to the constitution of the juries; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the scientific and cinematic quality of the content; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>active monitoring of productions and new forms of creation in the fields of cinema, archaeology and heritage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are actively contributing to <strong>positioning and the visibility of FIFAN in Switzerland and internationally<\/strong> and develop relations with relevant film, scientific and cultural networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have a <strong>Proven experience in film programming, artistic direction of a festival or a cultural project<\/strong> and an excellent film culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have a keen interest in the fields of archaeology, heritage and the transmission of knowledge. Knowledge of immersive creations and new audiovisual forms is an asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are able to build and defend a demanding editorial line while remaining attentive to the diversity of audiences and the accessibility of the programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have a professional network in the film and cultural sectors and are comfortable in an international environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are very proficient in French and English.
