Terapixel panorama of the Battle of Murten

For its 2025 edition, FIFAN is inaugurating a brand-new section dedicated to immersive experiences, to complement its selection of documentary films. In keeping with its spirit of exploration and experimentation, the festival is highlighting digital formats that are reinventing the way we tell the stories of history, archaeology and heritage. 

In this special edition, Terapixel Panorama of the Battle of Murten will be presented out of competition. The work can be visited freely, without reservation, from September 2 to 6. Guided tours are also available on request.

Last but not least, FIFAN will be honored to welcome Professor Sarah Kenderdine, Director of the Experimental Museology Laboratory (eM+) at EPFL, who is in charge of the project. She will present in detail Terapixel Panorama of the Battle of Murten at a conference given in English, September 3 from 7:00 to 7:45 p.m..
